The work spans the chain itself, QIE Wallet, QIE Pass, QIE IDs and the DEX. What you build rarely stops at one product, and you see where it lands in the others.

Built in the open

The code is on public GitHub, the documentation is public, and the testnet and faucet are open to anyone. What you ship is visible the moment it goes out.

Real ownership of a problem

Teams here are small. You take a problem from the first sketch through to what users actually touch, rather than being handed a spec to implement.

Close to the community

Validators, developers and token holders are reachable on Discord, Telegram and X every day. Feedback arrives directly, and it changes what gets built next.

Process

Four steps, no surprises. You will know where you stand at each one.

  1. Application

    You send us your application and we read it. Links to things you have shipped tell us more than a list of tools, so lead with those.

  2. Intro conversation

    A call to cover what the role actually involves, what you are looking for, and whether the two line up. Bring questions; this one goes both ways.

  3. Deep dive

    A working session on a problem close to the role. We would rather talk through how you think about a real problem than run you through a puzzle.

  4. Decision

    We come back to you either way, with the reasoning behind it. If it is an offer, we walk you through the details before you have to decide anything.
